Licensing quote desk; fixed term period of 7 months, commencing January 2017

The Opportunity:

 Based on the North Shore and reporting to the Quote Desk Manager, this position is essential in managing Licensing and software product quote inquires and project business. We are seeking a detail oriented and self-motivated candidate who is passionate about customer service yet enjoys working in the technical space.

The candidates ideally would have had some exposure to licensing/subscriptions, but really if they have a technical aptitude, have good communication skills (critical), time management and administration skills they could be of interest.  It is a phone based role so some previous retail/customer service based experience would be ideal.
